What is document management?

Document management is the management process of documents through their lifecycle. All the way to their destruction through creation, review, storage, and broadcasting (Document Management Avenue).  The document management system started appearing in the mid-1980s. The original purpose was to develop a system for enabling paperless office.

 All documents were critical enough to scan documents and recover them electronically. These initial files and search system were only electronic filing boundaries. In the past 10 years there has been a radical change in the document management market. Now the document management Singapore  system is not a capture of almost any type of document, but electronic documents rather than paper, HTML, e-mail, EDI, XML etc.
